Change to Team Formation Cutoff Date in 2026-2027

Starting in the 2026-2027, OYSA and much of US Youth Socer are converting divisions to a grade level cutoff, from a birth year cutoff.  This is meant to keep kids together with classmates rather than split grades into different age levels.  For detailed information on this initiative, refer to Path Forward on Player Registration on US Soccer's website.

Starting next season (June, 2026) NCA will adjust the assignment divisions using this new cutoff date.  For instance, if your player was a U11 in the 2025 season, they may stay in U11 or move up to U12 for the 2026-2027 season.
