Welcome to Tryouts!
What to Wear Please do not wear any North Clackamas Alliance or other club’s uniforms to tryouts. Bring a ball (with your name and phone number clearly marked), cleats, shinguards, and a water bottle.
Arrival Tryouts will take place at Putnam High School, located at 4950 SE Roethe Rd, Milwaukie. Please check in at the Thelo tent near the main entrance.
Check-In
- If your player is pre-registered, they will check in at the registration tent and receive a tryout number. Please wear this number to each tryout.
- For day-of registration, arrive 30 minutes early to complete registration at the check-in table.
Player Tips
- Warm up with friends and make new connections.
- Be vocal and positive during play.
- Embrace mistakes as learning opportunities.
- Listen carefully to coaches’ instructions.

Spring Offseason Soccer typically runs March to May each year.
The spring offseason focuses on skill development, training, and sometimes participation in tournaments or friendly matches. It provides players with an opportunity to refine their skills and build on learning from the previous season.
Offseason provides a space for more focused skill development, with additional training.

Tryout Results!
Acceptance Process:
Upon acceptance, the club will send an acceptance email within 48 hours of the conclusion of tryouts with instructions on how to finalize your player’s registration for the year.
Players will have 48 hours to accept their spot after the invitation is sent.

Important Information Regarding Tryouts
We’re excited to announce that both Youth and High School tryouts will be held in May! Before participating, please take note of the following requirements:
Financial Obligations: Any player accepting a position on a team for the upcoming season must not have any outstanding balance owed to the club. All previous dues must be paid in full.
Online Forms Completion: Each player must fully complete all required online forms and obtain parent signatures before they are eligible to try out.
Non-Refundable Tryout Fees: Please be aware that all tryout fees are non-refundable, except in cases where a team cannot be formed.
