Options available for payment:
- Payment In Full: $710 – Due online when accepting the position on the team.
- 3 Payments: Initial payment of $240, followed by 2 payments of $235 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, and Sept 1.
- 6 Payments: Initial payment of $130, followed by 5 payments of $116 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1.
- 9 Payments: Initial payment of $70, followed by 8 payments of $80 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1.
Annual Fee: $500
Options available for payment:
- Payment In Full: $500 – Due online when accepting the position on the team.
- 3 Payments: Initial payment of $174, followed by 2 payments of $163 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, and Sept 1.
- 6 Payments: Initial payment of $90, followed by 5 payments of $82 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1.
- 9 Payments: Initial payment of $68, followed by 8 payments of $54 each – Due online when accepting the position on the team, Aug 1, Sept 1, Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1.
Fee Information
What’s Covered by These Fees?
The NCA youth soccer program offers a comprehensive experience throughout the year, covering:
- Twice-Weekly Trainings: Led by our experienced coaching staff in June, July, and August.
- Summer Tournaments: Opportunities for competitive play and skill development.
- Fall Season (September to November): Participation in the OYSA Timbers/Thorns Youth League, culminating in an end-of-season OYSA-sanctioned tournament.
- Facility Rentals: Access to quality practice and game venues.
- Administrative Costs: Including OYSA Fall and Spring league fees, league player cards, and player insurance.
Refund Policy
All fees are due and considered non-refundable upon accepting a position on a team. Any potential refunds are at the discretion of the NCSC board.
Not Covered by These Fees
- Uniform Kits: Players are responsible for purchasing their own uniforms.
- Expenses Related to Summer Tournaments: Including travel, accommodations, and tournament fees.
- Travel Costs for League Games: Players and their families are responsible for travel expenses related to away games.
- Indoor or Futsal Leagues: Participation in additional leagues beyond the regular season is not covered by the program fees.
