Fee Information 2025-2026
Developmental program (U9-U10) annual fee: $600
The developmental program is for players born in 2016 (U10) or 2017 (U9). It is a full year program.
Youth competitive program (U11-U15) annual fee: $750
The youth competitive program is for players born in 2012 (U15) through 2015 (U11). It is a full year program.
High school competitive program (U15-U19) annual fee $525
The high school program is for players born in 2008 (U19) through 2012 (U15) through 2015 (U11). It is a 9 month year program; the club is required to shut down during the fall to allow players to play for their high school teams.
What is covered by club fees?
The NCA youth soccer program offers a comprehensive experience throughout the year, covering:
- Twice-Weekly Trainings: Led by our experienced and certified coaching staff.
- Summer Tournaments: Opportunities for competitive play and skill development.
- Fall Season (youth and developmental only): Participation in the OYSA Timbers/Thorns Youth League, culminating in an end-of-season OYSA-sanctioned tournament.
- Facility Rentals: Access to quality practice and game venues.
- Administrative Costs: Including OYSA Fall and Spring league fees, league player cards, and player insurance.
Not Covered by These Fees
- Uniform Kits: Players are responsible for purchasing their own uniforms.
- Expenses Related to Summer Tournaments: Including travel, accommodations, and tournament fees.
- Travel Costs for League Games: Players and their families are responsible for travel expenses related to away games.
- Indoor or Futsal Leagues: Participation in additional leagues beyond the regular season is not covered by the program fees.

Payment Plan
Registration fees may be paid in full at the time of registration or may be paid via a monthly or quarterly payment plan.
- Monthly Payment Plan: Nine (9) monthly payments from August 1st through April 1st. There is 30-day late fee of $5.
- Quarterly Payment Plan: Three (3) payments assessed on Aug 1st, November 1st, March 1st. There is 30-day late fee of $10.
- All payment plans require a $25 deposit that includes a $15 fee for choosing a payment plan.
Refund Policy
North Clackamas Soccer Club/North Clackamas Alliance strives to provide a positive and enriching soccer experience for all participants. We understand that circumstances may change, and offer the following refund policy for registration fees:
- Full Refund: A full refund will be issued for any withdrawal request received before the registration officially closes.
- Partial Refund: A 50% refund will be issued for any withdrawal request received after the registration deadline, but before the first team practice.
- No Refund: No refunds will be issued for withdrawal requests received after the first practice.
Exceptions
Exceptions to the above may be available for extenuating circumstances, decided on a case by case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
Refund Requests
To request a refund, please contact the Club Registrar at registrar@ncsoccerclub.com with the player’s name and reason for withdrawal.
All granted refund requests will be issued within 14 business days of receipt.
